NETOUR: QUEZACO?

 NETOUR (Network for Excellence in Tourism through Organizations and Universities in Russia) est un consortium russo-européen qui a pour but de promouvoir le développement social en Russie par le biais des universités et du secteur du tourisme.  

 NETOUR a été lancé en 2012, dans le cadre du programme TEMPUS créé par l’agence Européenne EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency). TEMPUS est dorénavant devenu le projet “Erasmus Plus” qui a pour objectif de faciliter la mobilité des chercheurs universitaires et étudiants Européens dans les pays frontaliers à l’Union Européenne tels que la Russie

 3 objectifs principaux:

 Dynamiser le dialogue entre les entreprises et les universités spécialisées dans le tourisme ;</li>
 <li style="text-align: justify;">
 Améliorer le niveau d’engagement des autorités russes ;</li>
 <li style="text-align: justify;">
 Construire un réseau académique durable entre les universités leaders de l’Union Européenne dans le domaine du tourisme et les établissements Russes exerçant une influence dans leur zone géographique.</li>
